Ibaadat Ka Safar…The Best of Ibaadat, Jaipur 26^th June, 2026

A dream was realized on 12th November 2011 with Ibaadat’s first performance. We have since then produced 9 shows, each on a specific lyricist…Majrooh Sultanpuri, Shailendra, Shakeel Badayuni, Neeraj, Rajinder Krishan, Hasrat Jaipuri, Sahir Ludhianvi, Raja Mehdi Ali Khan and Anand Bakshi, A total of 77 shows have been held in 9 cities, including Dubai.

Ibaadat Ka Safar…The Best of Ibaadat, our 15^th anniversary year offering, held at Birla Auditorium, was specially curated, with selected parts of all our 9 shows… best shaayari, best anecdotes, best songs… all strung in a new story. Several family members of the poets were also a part of the drama.

Scripted in Ibaadat’s unique conversational style, 19 of these 9 lyricists’ most poetic film songs on music and another 53 mukhdas/antaras were sung in tarannum by our 7 consummate singers. In addition, 29 shers were also recited. The event received outstanding appreciation.
