The show was great and overwhelming in comparison to the last year’s show of “Lo aa gayee unki yaad” of Shakeel Badayuni which was also attended by myself along with my friend. Overall the show was very lively and we never get tired or boring especially the extempore speech of yours and jokes as filler. In female, Suprriya’s voice and singing was very good and in male the gentlemen who voiced for Mohammed Rafi saheb’s song was commendable. But we were little disappointed that many of our favourite songs which you have only highlighted instead of asking them to sing a complete song especially the Asha Bhosle’s number. Little kids from Sharjah School were also performed very well. As an old song/music lover and a bathroom signer I salute your Ibaadat Foundation and would love to attend any show in future.

Please accept my congratulations for yet another successful presentation. I will not be exaggerating if I say that my hangover from the 5th January lasted quite a while. Enjoyed every bit of it! I found it rather difficult to go into specifics, but here are my two cents for whatever they are worth: 1. Good team work. Well-coordinated. Very few lapses of people forgetting lines. 2. Suprriya Joshi is your jewel in the crown. Very versatile and great stage presence. 3. Great idea to showcase the work of RK. How many others would do this for this low profile gentle giant! 4. Good song selection overall. I just felt that some of the minis could have been sung in full and some (like one of Naveen's early ones), which was sung in full, just the mukhda would have sufficed. In fact, that song slowed down the momentum that had picked up until then. 5. Greater exposure should have been given to the RK/MM alliance. An extended session of just Rajesh Ji and Sangeeta Ji on stage, as the second generation of two icons, reminiscing their past and presenting their own joint favorites may have created some extra spark. 6. Very sharp program book. Like Shakeel's last year, it will be part of my library. Stay Blessed.

At the outset, please accept my apologies for this much delayed reply...it is with a sense of gratitude that I am writing to you...gratitude, not just that we were witness to a great show, also gratitude on behalf of a great talent that you are able to showcase it so well ! My wife Gayatri and I brought along our friends, another couple. It was an eye opener for us as usually lyricists are unsung, unknown and we remember the actors and music directors. You brought out the incredible range - none of the four of us knew he was behind Tumhi ho mata and Chinchinchu. The sequence, choreography and performance couldn’t be more beautiful or perfect and he lack of an interval was never felt and in fact added to the tempo as there was an emotional connect as well. If at all, request would be for the more popular numbers to be performed to the fullest…again, this is just a view and surely you would need to balance this with the range you wish to present. We could not believe this was a presentation by amateurs!!! Could you please let me know a couple of months in advance about the next show you put together in India or Dubai and I can try with my sources to support on any advertisement sponsorship if possible.
